Brekky No.9

Bought and egg cup yesterday. The first thing I did this morning was to boil a small pot of water. After that, I immersed an egg into the boiled water and waited for three minutes. Then. I removed the egg from the water and placed in an upright position on the egg cup.I used a table knife to crack an opening slightly above the middle of the soft boiled egg. I gave it a light whack with the knife and then lifted off the top. The final step was: Use a spoon to scoop it all out! It's especially good on torn pieces of warm buttered toast!


  So, between the British style and Kopitiam style, which one do you fancy?
