October Afternoon Tea 2: Chocolate filled Vol-au-vent

Aiming for something simple today. Armed with a pastry cutter, I stamped out two pieces of puff pastry, Placing one on top of the other,  I blind baked them till they rose and changed into golden brown. When the pastry was done, I spooned some melted chocolate cream into the hole and my sweet vol-au-vent is ready to serve.
