Lundberg's® Italian Herb Risotto


Lundberg's® Italian Herb Risotto


The ingredients are:
Eco-Farmed™ California Arborio rice, salt, rice flour, onion and garlic powder, cane juice powder, dehydrated tomato, buttermilk powder, spices (rosemary, thyme, fennel, black pepper, oregano, basil), natural flavors, Parmesan cheese blend, whey powder, dehydrated parsley, turmeric, and expeller-pressed safflower oil. 



The seasoning pouch contains milk


The wholesome blend of Lundberg Eco-Farmed California Arborio rice, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, fennel, oregano and basil make a low-fat gourmet dish.


Saute the grain with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil or butter. The content of the seasoning pouch is added together with 2-1/2 cups of water. Then, simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.



Remove from heat when the grains are cooked


The risotto can be served plain or garnish with your desired ingredients.

  1. Never tried this before.. so can we take this type of rice with chinese dishes? wonder how they taste.. hmmm...

    This grain is slightly different in terms of the texture and size. They are more chewy and contain more starch compared to our local version. Well, nothing is impossible. You can make a crossover cuisine between Chinese and Italian. I am more conservative so I stick to the authenticity of a particular cuisine. Let me know the outcome, ok?
