Bangkok 2012: Moka Vendor @ Chatuchak Weekend Market

Today's post features an interesting scene at the Chatuchak weekend market. A coffee vendor who impressed every passer-by with his coffee making skills.

The wooden coffee stall is a real attention catcher.

The empty cavity within the wood makes a good storage place.

The man who performs multi-tasking, e.g. grinding, brewing, serving etc.

The coffee mill

I can imagine how much fun I would get when working with the crank handle to produce ground coffee.

Italian Moka Pots, for making espresso.

Enjoying the grinding step...

Pouring the espresso into the mixture of milk and sugar.

The outcome was a cup of thick, bold and  rich concoction.
