I didn't bake or steam the egg cake (gai darn gou). Instead, it was the product of the famous white coffee place - Sin Yoon Loong. These fluffy and feathery light Gai Darn Gou's make a wonderful afternoon tea snacks with its eggy taste and pillowy soft texture.
No one makes them as nice as they do... so far, I cannot find anywhere better... :)
