Waking up early to a lonely breakfast is part of my daily routine. On weekdays, my breakfast normally consists of a cup of home-brewed coffee and a bowl of bran. When it comes to Saturdays, I enjoy doing myself a favour by pampering myself with some lovely toast sets to boost my spirit for the day.

Miss the half boiled egg.. now that my cholesterol is a bit high, i got to skip that.. instead i took capati and oats this morning.. :)
ReplyDeleteYou can still enjoy half-boiled eggs without worrying too much about your cholesterol level. Crack 2 eggs but discard one-and-a-half of the yolk. The ratio of white and yolk now becomes 4:1. Can still enjoy the smoothness of the white along with the creaminess of the small amount of yolk.
