Today is World Cholesterol Day. The public are advised to go easy on their cholesterol intake. That doesn't mean meat is prohibited throughout the day. One can still enjoy meat as they wish but is advised to eat at moderation. However, if you are unsure of what to have in order to minimise your consumption of meat, I'd suggest eating roast pork, especially the one with a 3-in-1 combination - super thick crackling skin, melt-in-your-mouth fat layer and juicy lean part.

How much I wish I could go back to the good old days... full with sincere faces, warmth hands and true friendship.
Famous Sungai Siput Roast Pork
The slab of roast pork whispered in my ears: "Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love, And I'll no longer be an ordinary siew yoke. So, take me, come and get the whole of it, all or nothing..."
Chopped into perfect bite sizes
It's not only good to be eaten on its own, but also makes an appetising meal for either lunch or dinner.
If you're not a pork lover, you can opt for other type of meat, such as the koong po chicken.
