Today on 11th November 2011, I proclaimed Egg Tart Day!

11 November is the anniversary of the Remembrance Day. This is a very special day to the Australians as the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month attained a special significance in the heart of the people. After 4 years of continuous warfare, the guns of the Western Front finally fell silent at 11 a.m.,11th November 1918. Today, the 93rd anniversary of the Remembrance Day is even more meaningful as there will be twelve 1s altogether when the clock strikes 11th hour 11 min. 11 sec.  in the morning.

Throughout the world, many couples have chosen to tie the knot with their loved ones on this day, at this very special moment.

For Pam, who is neither an Australian nor somebody's fiancée, she is going celebrate this remarkable moment with her beloved - EGG TARTS~~~

Today on the 11th of November 2011
