Last Sunday, we went to Taman Desa for the famous Woo Pin fish head noodles and I made my second visit to the RT Pastry Shop for their new product - the Hokkaido Cake.
This cake is actually an ordinary vanilla sponge cake made with the fresh milk imported from Hokkaido, thus giving it a fine texture and extraordinary fluffiness. I must admit that this is one of the best sponge cake I have ever eaten. :)

The soft cake is made fresh daily and best served chilled.
Each box of Hokkaido cream cake has an expected shelf life between 2 to 3 days to ensure its freshnest.
The sugar dusting hardly enhances the taste of the cake. Instead, the cake is slightly on the sweeter side as a result of the addition of icing sugar. (non-essential element...)
