Think of a cuppa, think of something sweet. Neither too rich, nor too large in size.I have a choice of either sliced cakes or cupcakes. I can't afford to tuck in the whole slice of cake, simply because my weight is not so tolerable with sweet and buttery food. Looking at the cupcakes and the colourful icing, I tried to convince myself that I would only take half the amount of the fat on top and discard the rest so as to prevent myself from being over-indulged. Okay! That's a deal! Standing in front of the shelves, I wondered how many I should buy.
If I pick one, I can only try one flavour.
If I take two, the shop assistant will think that I am damn stingy.
If I buy three, I will have to carry the cakes in plastic bags.
If I buy four, NO! That's not my favourite number.
If I go for five, there will be one empty space inside the box. I am sure the shop assistant will persuade me to take another one.
I like the phrase half a dozen, plus the cake box can be fully utilised by 6 neatly arranged cupcakes. This can also minimise the occurrence of wastage.
That forms a beautiful and perfect picture, doesn't it?
