ReplyDeleteMany coffee hops and cafe use Illy ground coffee in brewing their coffee but I always find the taste to be different from the genuine Illy outlets. This is due to the fact that their coffee barista are not trained in handling premium coffee beans like Illy and they rely merely on the machine to produce the brew which is being completely ruined as a result of the 'expertise'... Sigh.
