We had a double celebration in Ipoh. Daddy's and Mummy's Ruby Wedding Anniversary and Daddy's 70th Birthday were celebrated on the same day. In the presence of 70 friends and relatives, the whole family had an enjoyable time eating and chatting. The entire dinner was paid by both my brothers and me. Each guest was given a bar of chocolate, a cupcake, a packet of shrimp noodle, a rice bowl and a pair of chopsticks. At the same time, we respectfully declined the angpows from our guests.
