Shortbread and espresso

Shortbread, a classic Scottish dessert, consists of mainly three basic ingredients: butter, sugar and flour. Shortbread has a crumbly texture owing to its high fat content from the higher proportion of butter than other ingredients.

A short and simple post, featuring a buttery breakfast of a teacher who has merely 15 minutes for meal every day.

  3. Hi, this is one of my weaknesses, shortbread....love these as well those Danish ones....but prefer to go with iced coffee.
This is one of the better brands....I love it.
Pop one in the mouth, hand will be reaching out for second, then third....
You have a nice day, and keep a song in your heart.
