Hear the Sound of Noodles @ Canton-i

The ultimate wonton noodle should comprise of perfection in four components, namely the broth (soup), the noodle, the shrimp and pork dumplings and finally the pickled green chillies. The broth should be made using all traditional ingredients – Dai Dei Yu (dried tile fish), chicken and pork bones. The noodle strand should be thin and cooked to a perfect firm but not hard texture. As for the dumplings, crunchy fresh prawns and coarsely minced lean pork are flavoured and wrapped in silky smooth and translucent wonton skin. A perfect bowl of wonton noodle is best enjoyed with some young pickled green chillies to enhance the flavour and boost your appetite before treating yourself to a real carbo meal.
