"Ah Park" Chee Cheong Fun @ Bercham

"Ah Park" (uncle) Chee Cheong Fun is very well-known in Bercham. His rice roll, a.k.a. chee cheong fun, is known for the special gravy flavoured with shredded mushroom, dried scallops and dried octopus. As for "Ah Park", people know him for his grumpiness, stubbornness and him being extremely slow motion. He had been selling his chee cheong fun at a road side stall for years until lately he shifted his mobile stall into the premise of Li Yen Coffee Shop in Bercham.

What's so special about "Ah Park"?
He is the only chee cheong fun vendor who WEIGHS his chee cehong fun before serving it to the customers. The picture below caught Ah Park in action - removing a strand of chee cheong fun which weights more (1 gram?) than the STANDARD serving size.
